We called them today about a plugged drain and they came in the evening to fix the problem. They were very polite and professional. I called them a year ago and they came as soon as they could and did a very good job of replacing the pipes from the house to the street. I am glad I found them to do the work.
Firelands Plumbing rescued my water pipes during the polar vortex! Not only did the company answer their business line immediately as no other plumbing companies did...they showed up an hour and a half later!! A big shout out to Firelands Plumbing!
Very happy with a sewer re-route Rob and Gage did for us in just one day! Fast, efficient service and very professional. Rob offered an alternate solution to our problem which was quicker, cheaper and actually a better idea in the long run. Hard to find dependable service people like this who respond quickly and follow up by phone regarding arrival times and delays, etc. Highly recommend them!

Firelands pluming is finishing a big job at our house and let me tell you, they are a class act company!!! They did a fantastic job waterproofing our basement! Excavating around our house was an inch away from disaster the whole way around and they did a fine job of not letting a disaster happen! Customer service is tops too!!! Mark and his crew were there before the sun was up and until after it went down and then some.... until the job was done! Brian Hockenberry treats his clients right!!!!!
