Brian and his staff have always given me straight foward advice and have been able to tackle any problem I have had. I own a bar so when I tell you people do the rudest things to public restroom, I can tell you Firelands Plumbing has no problem showing up @ any time day or night and getting things back in working order. One time I had a problem two days later...Brian showed up with his staff realize what was missing and fixed the problem.
