I have always liked Dr. Rahhal. Not any more! He was not only rude today at my appointment, he was nothing short of Bullying!. Never again. Rudeness is not acceptable. EVER.
I've been a patient of Dr. Rahhal for 15 years for an epiretinal membrane (macular pucker) condition. I could not recommend him more highly. (He relocated 200 miles away after the first 5 years, and I've travelled there to see him every year since.) Exams are thorough, equipment is state of the art, explanations are clear, interventions are recommended only when clearly necessary. He also communicates regularly with my local optometrist. Busy offices, but a minor inconvenience given the care.
