New office in Encino is great, staff very efficient and Dr Rahhal very caring, makes you calm takes anxiety away and very knowledgeable! It was an excellent rxperience!

Everyone that is part of the process leading up to seeing the doctor are all very efficient and attentive. Very respectful of time both mine and the doctors. Of course Dr. Rahhal is very thoughtful and caring. I’ve been seeing him for several years.
Dr. Rahhal embodies that all-too-rare combination in a medical specialist of exquisite surgical skill, deep experience, excellent communication ability, and genuine heart. Anyone in need of a retinal specialist would be fortunate to have him as their doctor. He performed two vitrectomies on me, correcting a serious vision impediment. My vision is perfect now.

I was recommended by my Optometrist to get an in depth check of the back of my eye. I had seen DR Rahhal several years earlier and he had looked at his notes before coming in the room. Remembered my appointment from his notes and was able to confirm that there had been no changes. He and the entire staff were helpful, wait not too long. I highly recommend him and his practice
