Dr. Rahhal is a rock star in my book. I was looking for the best doctor to repair my macular hole and was willing to drive to his Wilshire Blvd office to see him. Imagine my good luck when I found that he comes to Hesperia in the high desert one day a week! Firas M. Rahhal. MD, is Board Certified, well published, highly talented, personable and the finest Retina doctor ever. I so lucked out.

He was not sympathetic to my eye issues, basically I can't see because of my cloudy big floaters, when I was in tears because I can barely see, he said go tell that to the veterans waiting in the waiting room. Very rude. Cocky
Wow, was I fortunate to find Dr. Firis Rahhal. I was referred to Dr. Rahhal by a friend of mine, on the east coast, who happens to be a retina specialist. Boy, did I find the right Dr. at the right time! My friend wins the award for best referral, and Dr. Rahhal wins the award for saving my eyesight!! It also happens to be important to me that the doctor and his entire staff treated me with respect and compassion. Yes, I was fortunate to find Dr. Firis Rahhal!!
Dr. Rahhal always explains clearly everything he does and why he's doing it. He instills confidence and makes me feel better.
Anyone who performs surgery on the eye gets my complete and utter respect. Anyone who does so and has a jovial manner, is sympathetic to his patients and treats them with respect, well, he’s a hero. That’s Dr. Firas Rahhal to a tee! A dedicated professional with accreditations a mile long, yet, absolutely down-to-earth. A rare find, indeed!
