A very good experience all round. Friendly service and having use of the spa in private sessions is terrific. Highly recommend the sauna, hot tub and sun loungers under the bubble (been a long time dine I watched the rain run down the window) all with excellent views across the lake (which wasn’t that cold in August). The highlight has to be the restaurant. One of my all time best eating experiences. Tapas style dishes that take the crunchy gooey concept off the charts. Not to be missed.
Go book it! It’s a very unique experience all about the lake swims and sauna. Recommend the Elements Spa experience as a lovely way to spend a couple of hours and be sure to get out on the lake kayaking. My advice would be to spend the extra money and book the domes or villas. The sky suite wasn’t amazing to be honest but we got moved to a villa and that was lovely.
We celebrated a hen party for the weekend at Finn Lough. We were greeted by amazing pizzas upon arrival, which we enjoyed with drinks at our villas. The coordination of both check-in and the food thereafter was great. We were collected with buggies and brought to the fire pits by the lake where ingredients for both vegan and non-vegan smores, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic sparkling wine, had been thoughtfully arranged for us. We stayed here for 5 days and wow — I honestly don’t even know where to start! The attention to detail in everything was just incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and looked after. Any little issue we had was taken care of straight away with no fuss, and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
