Booked in. Treated as an inconvenience. He rushed my nails and was incredibly rude. I paid £35 for a set that wasn’t sealed/blended or even. They look like cheap stick on’s from primark. He couldn’t get me out quick enough. I had my son with me, or I would have argued. The man who did my nails obviously has a bit of a temper/bad attitude and I didn’t want my boy seeing me arguing with someone like that. I felt that uncomfortable that I won’t go back for correction. i’ve been there recently i had a awful experience to be there .One of the Asian nail artist with the long black hair she ruined my nails she couldn’t fix my nails properly she blamed my fingers are not straight!plus she had a very bad attitude with me and her colleagues as well she made me very uncomfortable! i do not recommend to go there at all.

Excellent! First time ever having my nails done and a biter so I was really apprehensive about getting them done. The staff here made me call very welcome and explained options with biab vs acrylic and gave design options. Will definitely be returning.
