The service was wonderful. They were so polite and kind. I could not have wished for a better experience.
I felt so comfortable trying on the wedding dresses, no pressure at all. Both ladies were very helpful and friendly especially Adele who helped me chose my dream dress 🥰 I’m over the moon and cannot wait for my wedding day and to meet my dress again 🙊🥰
I had an appointment on the 17/11/2024 on arrival i was pleasantly surprised to see my name written on a chalkboard. My consultants Leanne and Zoe were absolutely amazing from beginning to end (even when we stayed passed opening times without realising). Visited on Sunday afternoon, exciting moments lay ahead. A love touch was the greeting as we went in. Zoe and Leanne were Chloe’s consultants. We were offered a celebratory drink a quick chat to explain what will happen. It was advised that Chloe chose 5 dresses, so not to be overwhelmed. What an amazing experience at Finesse Brides and Grooms. I would recommend this for anyone I know! I was very nervous because I came for a fitting by myself. I was warmly welcomed, made to feel so comfortable and everything was explained to me so clearly. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. I said yes to the dress and I cannot wait for my groom to be to see me in it!
