What a fantastic place! We were a family with primary age children. The kids loved collecting kindling for the woodburner, getting fresh eggs from the chickens and seeing the neighbours horses get shoed. The views were incredible and we had some great dark sky views. Really lovely local walks too right on the doorstep. The hosts could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Felt like home from home (albeit a very exciting and unique home). We live in Newcastle and wanted a few days to get away from it all, so we booked fine chamber chapel. It is the perfect peaceful retreat. Quaint, clean and very well equipped. We arrived to a blazing log burner and home made cake. Surrounded by countryside, horses, chickens and sheep, and lovely walks from the door. Perfect! Dog friendly too. 15 minutes from Hexham and Corbridge for shops/pubs/restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend this property for a beautiful peaceful break.
Amazing place out in the countryside, gorgeous wood burning fire, would absolutely recommend, just a bit small, but it does accept dogs
