We chose this company to upgrade the kitchen in our flat. It wasn’t the cheapest quote but we got the impression it would be a smooth process. We wanted it to be as stress free as possible as we were working full time and have a young child. To make things easier we gave them a key for easy access. I was so grateful when they said they could do a small job in the flat I was selling the next day. The problem was that they charged me for the time to collect and return the keys from a nearby agent 5 minutes away and the small job somehow turned into a two hour job for 80.00. I feel disappointed and their quote was therefore not accurate.

This firm came out to estimate for a conciderable amount of works to my house. The work was extensive and would have run into tens of thousands, however after serveral phone call Ross never returned my calls. I continualy was told he all back over a period on over 1 month. In the end they emailed (when pushed to do so) to say they could not quote. Dont be fooled by the glossy web site this firm has only 3 employees and clearly dont have good comminication skill.
