Today I went to dealership to process some contract cancellations. The big guy was very rude, questioned my name on contracts that Larry H Miller created stating "I'm not going to cancel contracts that are not yours" The vin # was the same he just did not want to do his job. Several weeks prior, the service department left an open oil quart under my hood. I will not go back and urge others to think twice about rude finance department and stoner mechanics.

Justin and Austin were both amazing!! They both made our car buying experience wonderful. They were both very friendly and down to earth. Their professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. Justin and Austin went out of their way to get us the best deal possible!! They made us feel welcome and treated our kids with respect!! We will tell all of our friends and family about them. We will definitely return when we are ready to buy again!! 5 stars all the way!!
Amber in the Toyota Care service went above and beyond. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I had to have my windshield replaced and Amber made sure she was in contact with me and keeping me in the loop. She checked to see that my windshield would be replaced by Toyota warranty and it was! I had no stress or worries about the whole situation. Thank you!!!
