I just got my new Toyota Sienna yesterday and I have to say it was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. There was no pressure and Rafael Salgado was very pleasant to deal with as was Richard Skordas. I will definitely be a return customer down the road!
What a great salesperson Mykle. Very pleasant and willing to work with me to get best deal. Very pleased. As for your manager Steve, was not impressed at all. Not social and not willing to listen to what I had to say. He never smiled or could have cared less what I had to say. He is not a person Who should have anything to do with people. His social skills are really bad dealing with the public.
