We recently leased a new car. Everything was fine the day of. The process was quick and simple. Everyone was friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. We immediately had to go back the following day because the car didn’t have multiple features that the sales man assured us repeatedly that the vehicle had. Ryan (Chang) was great, got me the car I ordered, although it has been a hassle getting all the add-ons I ordered for it. Has taken a month to get roof racks. They’re also not really into working with you on prices or anything, so don’t expect a deal, even with a trade-in. Just another car dealership it seems.
