Dropping off my car for regular service is awesome!!!!! They shuttle me to work, then pick me up after work and it’s just perfect! When I had a rare issue and left my car there over a holiday weekend, they were able to get it in and fixed quickly for me ~ I was so thankful to have had a relationship with them prior to a major need, I felt so comfortable knowing they were taking great care of my 4-Runner.

I’ve had nothing but awesome service here in the past. I brought my car in for an oil change (I purchase 3 oil changes last year) and a flat repair a few weeks ago. When my wife went to pick the car up, they charged her $99 for 3 more oil changes, and they didn’t fix the flat because it had been driven on to long. I called the next day and still haven’t received a call back. I took the tire to les schwab and they fixed it for free.
Bought a Subaru Crosstrek from Jordan Sherwood today at the Spokane Arena sale. He was, to say the least, absolutely fantastic. He is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and made our experience the best I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding, buying a car can be a pain but I will recommend this young man to everyone!! Thank you Jordan and LHM!!!
