I enjoy the service department !! They are always top notch when I have to have my rav 4 serviced . Eric is a dedicated true professional. I highly recommend their service department .
If you ever want a remote starter put on your vehicle don't go here. I was scheduled by someone who thought he knew about remote starters and didn't. The dealer doesn't even do them, they contract out so someone comes and drives the car over to the contractor, I was told it would be done at a specific time and it was 45 min late and then the remote starter only worked from four feet, after I told the employee I wanted the one with 800 ft distance. Best buying experience ever! Our sales agent, Emily Brunton was so informative and patient with our many questions. She is very professional and not pushy. Would highly recommend working with Emily for your car buying needs. Also, the Sales Manager, Greg Dessautel, was actually pleasant to negotiate with. All in all, we got everything we asked for and are completely satisfied.
After a disappointing experience at Parker Toyota, my husband and I went to Larry H Miller and are so grateful we did! Bought a new car from Davis Dishman and we are so happy with our purchase. Luis in the finance department was also awesome with staying late and chatting with us until the paperwork was complete. After 8 hours in the dealership, it was nice to still have friendly people like Jeremy, Luis, and Davis around.
