Worst place I have ever worked for. They screw people over make fun of guests and change prices of service according to to how people look and act. Do not go to this place unless you want to waste your time.

My husband has a 2013 Tacoma. We purchased the $150 deal for 3 oil changes and 3 washes to go with them. First time there, with appointment, it was over 2 hours to get it done and no wash, sorry. Second time it took the same amount of time for the oil change and again, sorry, no wash. The last time, and I mean this is the LAST TIME, he arrived at 11:00 am for an "appointment" and it was done by 12:30 pm, still NO WASH. You can go to any quickie oil change place with no appointment and most times spend about a half hour. We t... read more
