They like to sell single mothers cars with open recalls and don't stand by their warranties, I'm glad I walked away from that car lot I got a bad feeling when I went there if u need a good car got to Autonation on sprague best customer service and they do everything they can to get you Into a car that fits your budget
I've been taking my vehicles here for years and have always had excellent service.
After getting off the phone with the parts department, who used my VIN to determine the correct part, I was told if I went right in they could change the headlight for 35.. Upon arriving I was told that it wasn't a regular headlamp but one that would require removal of the bumper for 135.00 and the bulb would be 100.00. And... it would require an appointment. Needless to say I am not happy.
I took my 2016 tacoma in for a squeak at 7:30am figuring how hard to check an see what's causing it 12:15pm. I CHECK to see how much longer told there at lunch check back at 2 pm really ,even though I didn't have an appointment I didn't know it was such a job to check for a squeak.......no service what so ever ,
Got a great deal on a Prius with awesome financing. We dealt with them via email at first, and they helped us find a car in our price. Once we arrived we were financed and out the door within 2 hours. Honest and fair. The finance guy worked a miracle for us and got us $0 down.
Horrible car buying experience! It's obvious in hindsight the culture of this company is dishonesty and greed, anything it takes to close a deal and try to sneak in extra costs and screw the customer. They've tried to deceive us multiple times and have been awful to work with! The only good thing is that we got a good car. This was our first and will be our last purchase from Larry h miller!
