These people are scum, lowest of the low, to take advantage of a single mom with 4 kids is one of the worst things. It was a pleasure working with Andrew Heinemann in purchasing a new RAV4. He was very professional and knowledgable...the dealership desperately needs a new facility though and looks like that is coming in 2016. The whole experience did NOT fit the stereotype for buying a car..and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. I bought my RAV 4 FROM Larry H. Miller, Spokane Valley. I got a letter in the mail a couple weeks ago about a recall for my rear suspension arm. So called Larry H Miller downtown to get my recall taken care of. I go pick up my car after work.... Not only did they fix my problem I took it in for, they also noticed there was a first recall (that the previous owner didn't get taken care of.) That had to do with the unattended acceleration. Fast, efficient service and everyone is friendly and easy to deal with! We've been bringing my Toyota Camry Hybrid here for 2-1/2 years and we are very happy with everything.
I did not buy my Highlander here, but all of the scheduled maintenance and 2 recalls have been performed at LHM. I have always had a good experience when I arrive and have not had any problems getting anything done that was needed and on the scheduled time and within the time they say it would be done. More than happy to recommend LHM for any service needs.
