Made a deal got to drive their truck for 4 days while they were trying to figure out paperwork. Came back because I was tired of waiting to do the deal and got my trade back.
On the road and needed minor repair for my Dodge 3500 dually. Took it Findlay's and they were great. Fixed the problem and back on the road. Great customer service, no outsells and got the job done. Efficient. I really appreciate there help.

I genuinely had a good experience buying a few months ago but when taken it to get fixed they let me leave with breaks that still were not working that cost me 700$ that potentially could have caused a fatal situation! ILLEGAL and will be taking action!

Actually, everyone we talked to from the moment we walked through the door, til the time we drove away in my wife's new Dodge Journey were too notch.
