I had an awesome experience buying my first brand new car because of Anton, Paul, DJ and Cameron's amazing customer service, knowledge, patience and pride in their career. Buying a car can be stressful but these guys were very helpful and kind through the intimidating process. I'm so happy I went w/ Findlay auto to buy my brand new Jeep! Happy girl! ❤️
Terrible service - I used their website to select a part for my van. They sent the wrong part and they won't correct the problem. They want me to pay return shipping and a 35% restocking fee for their mistake!

Brought in our car to have some updates done. Found out that no updates were needed but they charged us anyways for 1 hour worth of labor. Was pretty upsetting since we have put so much money into our car already. The last time we brought our car into them was when we needed a key made. We were told it would stop the car alarm from going off but it in fact did not. We were eventually reimbursed but are still cautious of getting service done there from now on.
I had been to about 15 used and new car dealers around the CDA/Spokane area when I decided to try Findlay. Findlay was by far the best one I went to. I dealt with Kalan as the sales person, and he was very level headed and respectful of my concerns about price and reliability. I was able to finance through them and get half the interest rate of my previous vehicle. I ended up getting an incredible deal on a Honda Civic! Thanks Kalan and the Findlay team!
This place is so inviting. The people are nice, they offer free warm cookies, hot coffee, free pepsi and free popcorn. Today in the waiting area I saw a kid playing with Legos and across the room was a dog relaxing on the floor. Five stars!
