Logan was great, management is absolutely horrible!!! Thought I bought a vehicle over the weekend and the wife and I signed a contract and everything. Then four days later tell me I have to bring the vehicle back. They made Logan try and explain everything to me and the management staff never approached me with any other options, or apologies. In 25 years of driving I have bought my fair share of new and used cars. Findley has been one of the best car experiences I have ever had. Nellie worked hard for my wife and I getting us a great deal on our new Ram but most importantly pursuing us throughout the buying process. This combination of a great deal along with the relationship she built with us worked to get me to drive across the state to receive my new truck.
Bought my 2nd used van in the past month last week. 2 days later the check engine light came on so I took it back in. Just the ignition coil and they took care of it no charge! Very satisfied!
The entire Findlay team was very helpful when we bought our 2014 Dodge Dart. Jerry, Matt, and D.J. were great. They definitely earned our business.
