I had the best experience I've ever had at Findlay Chrysler Jeep and Dodge! I was blown away at how kind and helpful the staff was! Salespersons were very personable and didn't put any pressure on us. They called us as soon as we filled out the online inquiry. We drove up from Lewiston, Idaho that day to buy from Findlay after our local dealership failed. Plus, Findlay had the Jeep Cherokee I wanted and I am very happy. Nellie is a great gal to deal with! Just picked up a new 2016 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack at Findlay. Worked with Nellie and Dennis. They did great job working with me to get me what I wanted and answered all my questions. I am very picky and ask a lot of questions. Nellie was patient and very professional. If you are looking for new vehicle I recommend Findlay and Nellie!
Great service during my purchase, really bad service after my purchase was complete.
Nothing but praise for the staff here. Only place we go for servicing our Ram 3500. I have trouble negotiating their parking lot as its rather tight quarters with our Dually. I park on the street ,they fetch it ,service it and then return it to where I parked. Never a problem here.
This is the Greatest DODGE dealership I have ever worked with. ....they are extremely fair reasonable and fast. ...I take my truck in every time I'm in Idaho
