Return a simple phone call from the service dept manager, it's been 3 days and I can't get a return call. My truck that I purchased from findlay has been broken 5 times now with the same issue. I've made complaints about findlay customer service in the past and it has apparently fallen on deaf ears.

Trent, Connor and the finance guys were great. Went in told them which truck I wanted and before I left for work all things were done. They treated my wife and 1yr old daughter with respect.
My jeep sat at this dealership for over a month and a half waiting for a driveline. I recieved calls saying it's going to be another couple weeks multiple times. After the 3rd phone call saying it was being delayed again I called another dealership and asked if they had the same problem getting this part. They told me they could have it the next day. Being from a small town a couple of hours away, I was grateful to have the ability to shop online and work out the majority of details before I arrived. Sierra made the online shopping experience easy, and Trent made the sale a breeze.

Gaby was great. She made everything easy and explained how to use all the equipment when she delivered it to my home. Cameron made sure I got all the features I wanted and searched all dealerships to acquire the color I wanted. Everyone made my financing and total process just the way I needed it to be in order to make sure I could get the car I wanted. I had no idea I wanted to buy a new car and they showed me a way to make it all work. Ask for Cameron and Gaby if you decide to buy a new car.

I live 2800 miles from this dealership. We’re in town on a cross country trip. Stopped at a dealership in Spokane Valley and they were a little “snooty” and told me they couldn’t get to me for a week. So I pulled up Findlay on Google and stopped by at 3:30 in the afternoon, hoping they could get to me the next day.
