I’m extremely impressed by Findlay. I found a Jeep I was interested in buying on Facebook Marketplace, sent the guy a message, and the next day I drove it home! All the staff was incredibly helpful and I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of, just because I was a young teen girl. I actually felt the exact opposite, everyone gave me the best deal possible and I felt comfortable and confident in my choice. Took my Jeep to them for a diag. I had a previous diagnosis of a blown engine on my 14 Cherokee and was not happy with being told my best bet was to replace it for 7600& dollars. Took it to Findlay, dealt with Bret I’m the service department and two days later Jeep was fixed for 1200$. This is my first experience with them but by far the best I have been treated in a service department. Brett actually explained to me mechanical terms of what was going wrong and got me in and out there. Thanks Brett!
