My friend and I walked in to the Norfolk location yesterday for buy one get one piercing day. The staff were all really helpful in deciding what both of us wanted while maintaining a great casual attitude that made you really feel like you weren't just a business transaction. Brought my 16 year old in to get her nose pierced and Jordan was awesome!!! He kept her laughing and relaxed the whole time and was super patient when she became indecisive about her piercing and what she wanted. Thank you for a great experience!

Jordan pierced my daughter's ears last week. She was so excited. He pierced my ear lobe & naval today. He does a great job & works great with kids.
I wanted to find a place to take my young daughter to get her ears pierced. Jordan and Dak were AWESOME! Dak asked my daughter what her favorite movie was so he could play the songs from it for her. I'm so glad they were able to pierce both ears at the same time.Thank you both for this memorable moment for my daughter.

Dak was AMAZING from the minute we walked in the door to checking out. I brought my daughter with to start getting her used to the place for when she’s ready and he was kind and extremely personable. Great experience and customer service 🙌🏻
