One girl with short brown hair never even smiled once and was very short when trying to ask questions. The piercer was great, I think his name was Jordan. I've been committed to the store since I was in middle school getting my snake bites. (lip) I've been there plenty since. love the atmosphere, love the people, and I can always trust the cleanliness. They are some of the kindest people, and are always happy to help.
Finders Keepers is great and the customer service is excellent! Every time I walk in, they are so excited to give me advice and help me pick jewelry based on my needs! They love what they do and I love my piercings! Highly recommend.

Came as a walk in for a smiley piercing. Did a lot of research before choosing this piercing studio, and i made the right choice. Excellent, professional and super nice staff! They took care of me 100% so I will be back for all future piercings from now on
Jordan and team are so knowledgeable and friendly! I had a piercer tell me it wasn’t possible to get what I wanted, but Jordan assessed me and we agreed to do the piercing. A month later and I’m healing so nicely with no issues and no migration! I’m so happy with my experience, will definitely be back for more. If you’re LGBT+, go see these guys! They will take care of you!
I cannot say enough good things about this location and the staff. My 7month old was having a reaction to her earrings because she has sensitive skin. And they answered my Facebook message promptly and we drove from the peninsula the following morning. They took her earrings out, cleaned them up and then put new ones in for her little sensitive ears. Everybody at the location was so kind and welcoming. The whole team at finders keepers is amazing. Jordan did my first piercing when I was 15, 19 now and haven’t been anywhere else. Dak did my tongue a few days ago and he’s amazing. Super great anodized designs too. Love Dak !
I've been getting piercings for almost 20 years and this is the ONLY place in Hampton Roads I'll continue to go to for all of my piercing wants and needs! The piercers are some of the most knowledgeable in the business, super friendly, and really take pride in their craft (as they should), while still remaining humble and down-to-earth.
