My property manager for many years, Joshua, deserves a 5 star review. He has done quick but thorough inspections and scheduled prompt maintenance when there were issues. The checkout process was also very smooth and well handled by Joshua despite myself departing the country early, and the deposit was returned to my bank account within 2 working days with no dispute. Extremely disappointing experience with Finders Keepers. From the start, we’ve encountered arrogance, poor communication, and a total lack of professionalism in how the property has been managed. There seems to be no real oversight or care from their team, and issues are consistently brushed aside or left unresolved. The property we’ve been renting for 5 years, which is now listed for sale on Bushy Close Oxford is being falsely advertised using photos that are at least 7 years old — a completely misleading representation. Everyone is very nice and helped me a lot, from the beginning when I didn't know how to operate the bank and my language barrier to helping me find the next house after I checked out.
