I joined final phase fit camp 12 weeks ago on the day of a brutal breakup. My confidence was at an all time low, I barely left the house and my mental health wasn't in the best place either. Alex was really welcoming to the class, he advised me to use the breakup to motivate me in sessions and it really did work. Joined after feeling very low and upset about myself. I couldn’t have picked a better place. Alex is amazing and the sense of community is incredible. I have never felt so welcome somewhere. It’s not competitive (unless you want to be) we are all in our own journeys but there is always someone in your corner. Bootcamps terrified me so I was not expecting what I walked in to. I cannot recommend them enough. THANK YOU!!!

I joined Final Phase at the start of this year and I can’t thank Alex enough for the time and effort he puts into every session and for fostering such an amazing community. I love attending the morning sessions and joining in with the accountability challenges which are always varied and interesting - I am so glad I joined and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with Final Phase🤩
