I had my skin consultation with Yvette this morning and the experience was amazing. The clinic is beautiful and welcoming it felt like home. The receptionist was lovely, and Yvette truly listened to my concerns, making me feel completely at ease. She recommended products, supplements, and treatments tailored to my skin needs. I had my first lower face laser hair removal session this morning at 10:10am with Chloe. I arrived at Fiji 5 minutes before my appointment and was greeted by a very friendly woman who was working in reception and she told me to take a seat and within a couple of minutes Chloe came and took me to the therapy room downstairs. I really like the decor and aesthetic layout of the clinic and it makes for a more pleasant experience. I booked a laser review (with additional laser treatment session) and a skincare review and attended on Sunday 23rd November. This is my 2nd time at Fiji and the customer service was just as friendly and polite as the first time. I was seen by Beth who completed a skin review with images and talked me through each one. I was also shown the original image of the vein I has lasered on my nose the last time compared to today which was good to see there was a good reduction in redness. I attended Fiji Skin Clinic on Sunday 12th October for an initial patch test laser treatment on my nose. I was greeted warmly by 3 members of staff upon entering the shop. Tara came to greet me once she had finished with another customer and took me down to the treatment room. She was friendly and explained everything that would happen and what the possible outcomes would be (eg: needing additional treatments etc).
