I had my skin consultation with Yvette this morning and the experience was amazing. The clinic is beautiful and welcoming it felt like home. The receptionist was lovely, and Yvette truly listened to my concerns, making me feel completely at ease. She recommended products, supplements, and treatments tailored to my skin needs. I attended Fiji Skin Clinic on Sunday 12th October for an initial patch test laser treatment on my nose. I was greeted warmly by 3 members of staff upon entering the shop. Tara came to greet me once she had finished with another customer and took me down to the treatment room. She was friendly and explained everything that would happen and what the possible outcomes would be (eg: needing additional treatments etc). Me and my boyfriend went to Fiji skin clinic today for our first hydra facial's. I could not have had a better experience, Chloe and Beth were very welcoming and helpful, when asking about our skin concerns, they tailored the treatment to our needs and recommended the relevant skincare to treat our concerns. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is wanting to get facials or any other treatment done, they went above and beyond.

She made me feel at ease from start to finish in terms of her welcoming smile, kind and professional personality and giving excellent advice on skin care and selection of recommended products to be used.
