Great gym, classes are really good for all levels of training. Rachel and Sam guide everyone loads and help keep you on track. Great bunch of people training, very welcoming. Would 100% recommend FiitFam.
By far the best gym I've been to in many many years. I've always avoided gyms and walked past Fiitfam so often but never had the confidence to go in. I now wish I'd joined this gym two years ago when I first moved to Chester-Le-Street. Fiitfam, Rachel and Sam are fab, and everyone that goes is so friendly, helpful and motivating. I’ve been wanting to try strength training for some time but it just felt so daunting. With a supportive atmosphere and a group of friendly girls this has been made so much easier.
