The gym is incredibly welcoming- a real safe space to join other members (who quickly become friends) and work out. Rachael is extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition.

I can't recommend this gym enough! I have never really been to a gym and was so nervous but I've absolutely loved it! Rachael who runs the gym is absolutely fab and is a massive support to everyone who joins. There's no judgement and no ridiculous expectations, it's all about finding ways to make your life healthy in the real world in a way that fits in with your own life. I never ever thought I would say that I find going to the gym fun...but here I am saying I absolutely love it!
