My 1st time going to BMW. I didn't buy my vehicle at the dealership, but it's only a year old and I wanted to have an airbag recall item dealt with. I made the appointment online. The service rep I got was Patty- she was bitchy. My expectations were to be treated well and have quality. I got snark and BS. The part wasn't in stock- why didn't someone let me know that? It's going to be WEEKS to get the part. Sounds like BS. If this is how this dealership operates, I won't be going back.
The staff at this dealership are all excellent. Customer service is first. These people are also great friends.
Great experience. Car was handled in a timely fashion. Even removed a spot on fabric that we couldn't get out.
it was not a good experience... the customer service lady patty was awful two customers walked out she was Bullshit ring with a sales rep for 23 minutes would not print out my paper for my batter kept saying hold on I'll never go there and I'm sure the two guys who walked out won't either very sad about this she also wrote my invoice out with two different Vin numbers two different color cars terrible service
