The service department is horrible! I did not receive the BMW difference from from adviser Dave Gilbert or service manager. . Such a shame that this dealership is taking advantage of Elderly clients and bullying them. Telling them “I don’t have time to deal with you”! Fields has shamed BMW's excellent reputation. I will now have to take both of my BMW's elsewhere. They don’t honor warranties. #bmwusa

Thank you Daytona BMW for your efforts. Specifically, my sales advisor, Lee Gasso, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We discussed and evaluated various options until we arrived at a good decision for me and my budget. From the paperwork thru the vehicle detailing Lee and one of the sales manager Joe Baldy organized and followed thru to delivery.
