Best service experience ever. They had the parts I needed, repaired the fault, checked everything out, changed wipers out and washed at no charge. Comfortable waiting area.

Do not bring your car here. They sent me letter saying my air bag had a recall on it. I brought it into the shop. As I was reading the receipt it said they didn't replace the air bag and I needed all kinds of repairs. Meanwhile my car was perfectly fine. They lied to me because unfortunately dealerships make money off of people who believe everything they say. Drove down from Georgia yesterday with warning light about possible flat tire. Went by the BMW dealership in Daytona to have it looked at . Was greeted with a complimentary car wash, free soda or coffee, muffins. Car wash and reset warning light in about 20 min, all for no charge. Not a newer car , 2006 model. Customer service was unheard of. Five stars!!!!
The worst dealership experience ever including the greasy buy here pay here.... terrible service DEPT with what it seems as chimps for techs. Avoid like the plegue
