Purchased a 2019 BMW 430i demo. Upon bringing the car home I noticed several chips in the windshield. After calling the salesperson I was told there was not enough profit in the deal to replace the windshield. My question, who would sell a “new” car” or any car for that matter with multiple chips in the windshield and not point them out. Terrible customer service after a purchase has been made. I traded in a vehicle and have been trying to get the paperwork for that trade for 3 weeks now. The office manager, Danah, has yet to return my phone calls. Her secretary, Stephanie?, said she would email paperwork twice now. I’ve only received emails from them trying to sell me another car. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
