Took my non BMW vehicle to get my windows tinted since Volvo next door is no longer owned by fields. Long story short, they sold to Gunther, I had window tinting in my contract that only Fields could provide. Took my car in today and the customer service was great and professional. Now the downside. Took forever to get someone to text me, and then the person that did would not listen to me and was sort of rude. They lost a deal. I am sure someone else will take my money
About a year ago I went there shopping for a new BMW X1. One of the most impressive young ladies I've ever met, Brittani Victorelli asked what I was looking for and started showing me cars. FIELDS BMW IN ORLANDO is an UNETHICAL Dealership. I recently bought a BMW from another dealership out of state (GWINNETT PLACE IN ATLANTA) and FIELDS ORLANDO got pissed off and refuses to service the vehicle. You read right. They will not service my new vehicle. Orlando could not match their price. (GWINNETT Atlanta are amazing and will work hard for you).
