Recommendedfrom Jacksonville,got caught off the side of the road on I-95 with a flat tire couldn't make it to Field's before they closed. They stayed open after hours to get us back on the road! When I was looking at the X-5 that I purchased, they were putting new tires on the vehicle. Because I tried to heavily negotiate a better price, they took away the new tire which I personally saw being put on. I thought it was extremely evil of Fields BMW Daytona to do that. It was a pre-owned vehicle, but the exact vehicle that I wanted, so I purchased it anyway. We looked for 6-7 months for the perfect car. It’s a shame it ended up at Fields BMW Daytona. Absolutely professional, friendly, and caring. We were there for a while and had to wait so they told us to go eat lunch and they will reimburse us which they did. In my opinion that was above and beyond their kindness.
The drive from Orlando was worth it. Our client advisor, Gabriel, was knowledgeable, prepared and very accommodating as we evaluated several vehicle options. When we found the right the fit, the final paperwork and financing process was organized and efficient. The entire team in Daytona met our high expectations and cheerfully completed the sale even though we stretched beyond normal closing time. Well done and much appreciated.
