Went in for a “quick oil change” was there 2 hours!! They took someone’s car in front of mine while I was waiting too! The general manager came out to speak to me telling me that this was not what he felt was good service and gave me his business card, I Agreed but it did not move any faster. Once I got into my car there were oil handprints all over the passenger door and seat. I sent pictures of this to the general manager that said he would do anything to improve the service. Very honest and no hassle.
Very helpful and answered all questions I had.
Dishonest and disreputable. Things like we couldn’t figure it out you owe us money you didn’t agree to pay? A Chrysler dealer but we won’t honor Chrysler factory warranty because we bought the certified Chrysler at another Chrysler dealer. I can’t believe mopar allows this and yes I’m calling corporate. I’m curious if the Bureau of automotive repair knows of this places dishonest practices. 👎🏻
Francisco Garcia was fabulous, went out of his way to answer any and all questions. Offered refreshments and spoke to the finance people and worked out an excellent offer. Give him a star and a raise!
