In the vehicle service department the customer service here is pretty bad. And the communication is terrible. I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday. And they never told me what was wrong with the vehicle until Friday. That's after leaving multiple messages everyday trying to find out the status of my vehicle and I never received a call back. And they didn't tell me till Friday almost closing time that they had to keep it over the weekend 😡. Also they lend me a loaner which was leaking air. And they charge $25 a day which doe... read more
Way over priced to just replace a battery. Was a little disappointed you don't offer a military discount.
Drop off my car on Friday and never got a call back drove by on Sat and Sunday and my car was park on side collecting dust. I try calling the service advisors to get an update and never found him or got a call back. Finally I got mad and went Tuesday morning and pick it up and they said it has been done since Saturday...nobody called you??? The reason why they dont care is because it's the only jeep dealer in town no matter how much we complain they are the only one in town! BAD SERVICE!

Excellent experience ..Francisco Garcia was very friendly and very helpful. Purchasing a new vehicle can be very frustrating at times but he made it so smooth we went in with a set monthly payment and thats exactly what he gave us. I highly recommend Francisco to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.. He definitely deserves a raise.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
