Dropped Jeep off on Tuesday and was told we would have an answer by Thursday. Well, it’s Saturday and no answer. Apparently service department is also closed on Saturdays too. That’s really convenient for customers. I’m now waiting for the Customer Relations gal to call me back. I have 2 Jeeps that I love but I absolutely HATE this dealership. I really wish there was another Jeep dealership nearby bcs I’d gladly go there
Went in to get a headlight replaced for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, waited 6 hours to finally hear they were out of the bulb. The service gentlemen then told me to go to auto zone and put it in myself. Will never step foot in that place again

I had to get a duplicate key made for my Jeep. Service manager and parts man were very friendly and helpful. Got me taken care of and out in good time. No reflection on the personnel, but I think the price charged for the key blank, yes it has a chip, is totally ridiculous. As far as I am concerned ALL the car manufacturers are ripping the public off and should be investigated by congress. I recently move down here from Reno, NV. You people that are complaining, you don't have any idea what bad service and incompetence is until you go to Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno. Here in Bakersfield is like heaven, the service people here actually know what they are doing and the GM Alex really does care and will go over and above to help you. Last time I was here for my oil change and tire rotation the advisor for got to put my rotation down but told me he would add it. My service was about 60.00. Today they told me it would be 93.00. When I ask why they told me they didn’t do my tires last time. I told them I was told they where added on and done. I was told they where not. I was also told I had a coupon which I didn’t.
