Being a skeptical person in general, and especially, when it comes to sales people of any kind, Francisco Garcia, was very friendly, proactive, pressure free, no slick sales gimmicks, and no attempts at manipulative ploys. He gives the facts as they are and is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the Jeep cars and the process. His customer service attitude was exceptional! From Las Vegas To San Francisco, had a small hiccup in the road nearest Dealership was this one! Leonardo Mattana was my service advisor, took this issue like if it was his own, made everything easy for me, helped me get a hotel room and a rental for my truck so we could continue route to my sister in laws wedding!
