Great gym, lots of different equipment. Dre is very welcoming bringing a friendly atmosphere.
Best PT’s about. Great banter every day, one session can completely change your mood even on your worst days.
5 stars is not enough for this place. Have been doing the bootcamps for a year now and can honestly say they have made such a positive impact on my physical and mental health. The sessions are run by top class trainers, each one offering something different and atmosphere is always spot on. Have made great friends too!
