The hotel looks amazing from the outside. Then you go in and it doesn't look like it's been renovated since the 80s everything looks old and tired. The place has a musty smell especially in the bedrooms. The mattresses are not comfortable and are way past their best, my bed was quite lumpy , you look around and everything is dated. From the bedding and carpets to door handles and giant wooden block keyrings. For the price it didn't deliver. A few of us booked to stay here in november, answere machine message was left to tell us they had cancelled our booking.. I think this is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No reason or explanation
