I didnt expect to go there and drive away in a brand new truck but I did. I had a great experience, they gave us options and they were kind, funny and knew what they were talking about. Thank you Jim, Terry, and Joe for helping us out of a lost cause and into a Beautiful Brand New 2018 FORD F150! It was a pleasure!
They were proffesional knowledgeable pleasent did a great job fast and convenient I totally appreciated them.
Used the body shop great job this was the 4th time 2 were problems with deer and 2 were touch up. Always clean, quick and most important understanding and helpful
They should have (on both our jobs) given us reasonable expectations up front...ya know like 75 - 90% ....instead of us expecting 95 -100%. The first job we had to go back 3 times to get a semi-descent color match. The second job, we were told it was easy and low cost but we got the vehicle back and it is 85% but not too noticeable (and low cost as promised). It's pretty but not thoroughly completed like what we were told up front. (For Sandy Lintz)
