May 17 2017 I just stopped in to look at SUVS on their used car lot and looking at their website on my smart phone where there was a 2011 Toyota RAV 4 listed but it was not on the lot. I was greeted by John Palmer which made me felt welcome and did not pressure me at all. He asked what I was looking for and I asked him about the Rav 4 so we walked to the back parking lot behind the dealership to see if it was there and there it was.
