Recently I bought my second vehicle from Fernelius. My first experience was outstanding so I knew to come back. I emailed with Shelby who was excellent with responses and timeliness. We drove down from the UP to test drive 2 vehicles that we liked. Mark sat down with us and discussed the trucks, and he and Terry stayed late to accommodate us.
