I had a very bad experience with Fernelius Ford Lincoln in Cheboygan. I found a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing by doing an online search. I live 2 hours away from the dealership but my wife and I drove to see it. Fernelius service is incompetent and I would never again take my vehicle to be serviced by them. Nor do I think the sales department is any more competent or in other words I'll drive to traverse city to buy my next car.

I am up here on vacation. I had a Travel Trailer brake problem - the brakes would lock when I touched the brakes. I brought my Lincoln Navigator in to trouble shoot the problem. In less than two hours the problem was diagnosed and repaired. I will go back in a heartbeat if a problem occurs again. I also will consider driving from Grand Rapids to Fermelius to purchase a vehicle. Great People - Great Service!
I took my 2016 f150 to your collision center over a month ago to have my sunroof repaired as well as a dent from a fallen tree limb. Upon picking the truck up on a Saturday i found they installed a tan sunshade in place of the black one that the truck came with. I returned the truck on Monday to have that taken care of. After picking it up for the second time, the sunroof glass was so far out of adjustment there was a quarter inch gap in the glass panels and so much wind noise in the cab that you couldn't even hear the radio... read more
I thank you for getting me in to check out my air in my truck, you were right it needed a new condenser,I got it home replaced the condenser,had it charged and it works GREAT � Thanks for getting me in so soon! My cost 350.00 for complete repair.
I stopped by with my expedition with a check engine light on. We were towing a camper and had to be off the site by eleven. The service department was able to resolve the issue and get me on my way. It was a great help being 600 miles from home.
Excellent service and when I’m up north each summer my car only goes here!!
