My family and I were in a rented vehicle, on vacation up north, when the oil light came on. Being out of town I wasn’t sure where to take the vehicle but I had asked around and they told me to bring the rental to Fernelius. That’s exactly what I did and couldn’t have been happier. Everyone there was exceptional and very accommodating. I’m a very happy customer.
Told service I have a maintenance purchased program when I came to get my keys it’s the same thing every time, they try charging me even though I tell them when I call that I purchase the maintenance program. So they have reprint every thing in this case another ten minutes of waiting. Mechanics were good!!!!
Fast, efficient service. Relatively in and out, after scheduled appointment. Technician and service advisor were friendly and professional. I will definitely consider Fernelius, when I re-lease or purchase a new vehicle.
If your there to buy or just have service done on your vehicle they treat you like family and make sure all your questions and problems are answered and taken care of 👍

My wife and I recently purchased a new ford F250 super duty from Fernelius Ford. what a great experience. The sales staff were very helpful and even though we had just met it was like we were old friends. Joe and Corey were absolutely great Originally we just stopped to look but after a few minutes we were ready to buy. They even let me take my pick up home that I had traded in so I could pull my 5th wheel home and clean the truck out. Then they came to the house and picked up the truck.
