Helpful , friendly and courteous employees. Their customer service was # 1!! They picked my car up from my residence, fixed it and brought it back. I never had to even leave my home which helped a lot while healing up from surgery! Very thankful for them! 👍😁
don't take your vehicle here they have no idea how to fix them just keep throwing s*** out there and hope to God they hit the bullseye
I would replace your chairs in the waiting area. They are uncomfortable and warn out. Although you guys are pretty fast and we do not have to sit for long the chairs are still terrible.
Fernelius Ford has been fantastic since I bought my 2017 Ford Escape in October... I would highly recommend them to anyone
