Joe made my whole shopping and buying experience a breeze. I intended to shop a few more places just to check prices and how vehicles drove, but I stopped and started with Fernelius Ford. I love my new 2018 Escape!
I had my Jeep GC at the body shop after crossing paths with a deer. Fixed in 2 days and spotlessly cleaned inside and out. It hasnt looked so good since it was new. Thank you, Roger and crew!!
