Stayed at the Ferndale 5 times now , twice with autistic grandchildren and all the staff are brilliant especially with the kids , the hotel and atmosphere is perfect for myself and my partner , can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else , the rooms are clean , comfortable and well equipped , the breakfast is a great start to the day , Paul , Sue and all the team are first class , wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Blackpool done n dusted for 2025 fantastic time. Weather good, Hotel Excellent, Food Fantastic, staff in hotel fabulous. Paul and Sue make guests very welcome rooms clean and fresh bed comfy food excellent and warm and tasty staff all friendly and helpful presentable and smiling. Great banter and great friends made specially Liza full of fun n great patter made my weekend 💚🎊🎉

My friend and I went on the 16th. The staff, Sue efficiently sorted the overnight stay. The whole process was smooth, efficient, professional. The location is 5 mins from the coach stop. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and yummy breakfast. Great, the inclusive atmosphere with accessible equipment also, price was brilliant. I would highly recommend a visit. I'm sure you'll want to go again. All the staff are very polite and professional. 10 out of 10 to Paul, Sue and the team, fantastic customer experience, thanks.
